Patch Digest mail problem

Several weeks ago I signed up to get patch information from HP via email. So I started getting email with the subject "HP-UX Series 800 10.X Patch Digest".

Starting this week, every time I try to open the email, it not only won't open but crashes my mail software.

Now I can't find where to go to turn off these automatic mailings from HP. If the instructions are in the messages themselves, I can't open them to read it.

Help.

here a drag and drop from my e-mail:
If you subscribed through the IT Resource Center and would
like to be REMOVED from this mailing list, access the
IT Resource Center on the World Wide Web at:

http://europe.itresourcecenter.hp.com/

Login using your IT Resource Center User ID and Password.
Then select Support Information Digests. You may then unsubscribe from the
appropriate digest.
