Need script for CPU ,Mempry utilization

Dear Experts,

We are hosting more than 50 server aprox.The requirement is , we want the cpu & memory utilization for all the servers

in terms of normal , peak and average. The timings for this is @ 10 IST ,2:30 IST & 4:30 IST.

If any one provide me the script it will be a great help.
