      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;give the output of :&lt;BR /&gt;#which mkfs&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As stated above, the mkfs command is missing at /sbin/fs/vxfs/mkfs or /usr/lbin/fs/vxfs/mkfs&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Has someone accidentally removed those binaries?</description>

      <description>hmm,&lt;BR /&gt;what if you try to make symbolic links to point to /sbin/fs/vxfs/mkfs and /usr/lbin/fs/vxfs/mkfs ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What does&lt;BR /&gt;#whereis mkfs &lt;BR /&gt;say?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;One more thing, do the Ignite version of the client and server match? Make sure they do...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;#ln -s /sbin/mkfs /sbin/fs/vxfs/mkfs&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
