Ignite-UX server under HP-ServiceGuard with netapp storage

Question before I end up in a never ending story .

I want to implement Ignite into ServiceGuard like attach document no problem , untill.....

The storage we got is Netapps .

/var/opt/ignite would be something like :

NETAPP-SERVER:/vol/vol_iuxserver/qt_var_opt_ignite /var/opt/ignite

I forsee some problems with export over export , during creation , and recovery. of a ignite ..

Can someone advise me in this ?

has someone tried this already ?

I tried this setup with EVA storage and it worked fine for me..

I build it also some times with eva or other Storage , that is not the issue , with Netapps , you do not get a device to create a filesystem on but a share :

< IP Adres>:/vol/vol_iuxserver/qt_var_opt_ignite /var/opt/ignite

for make_net and recovery you need to export a subdirectory of it as a nfs mount .

that is a issue ..
