Full Backup vg00 Getting Error

Hi all,

Need your advice for the below issue.

Issue:

Trying to do a full OS backup (make tape recovery) but unsuccessful

Outcome:

Error message indicating disk error

Attached the error log during backup process.

You have a failed disk in vg00.

Replace this disk ASAP or remove the mirror from the failed disk.
