Problem installing Ignite Client

hi,
i have the problem add to new client in the server ignite. the next message show in the windows:

Note: version is
server ignite HP-UX 11.23: Ignite-UX C.7.8.201 HP-UX System Installation Services

Client Ignite HP-UX 11.31:

Does the directory /opt/ignite/boot/Rel_B.11.31/ exist on the server?

Looks like you have filesets from two different Ignite versions on the client system. This may cause some errors. The Ignite Frequently Asked Questions document says you should not mix filesets from different Ignite versions.

Please run "swlist -l fileset Ignite-UX" on both client and server, and show the output.

On the server, your problem might be that while you have installed the Ignite-UX bundle for 11.23, you perhaps haven't installed the fileset that contains the boot files for 11.31: I think it was an optional fileset and you must explicitly choose to install it.

(In the swinstall menu interface, after selecting the installation source, drill down into the Ignite-UX bundle and check the descriptions of products/subproducts/filesets.)

The swlist shows that only the Ignite_UX 11.11 and 11.23 BOOT components are installed. You need to also install the 11.31 components.

You have 2 ignite versions installed (C.7.8.201 and C.7.11.444) on the client? If possible, try removing all versions and then installing one, the same or lower as the one on the server.
