      <description>Hi Admins,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;B.11.23&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I was trying to recover a single file from archive created by make_net_recovery but ended with below error.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;root@BELL /var/opt/ignite/recovery/archives/TEST &amp;gt;gzcat 2010-02-15,14:13|tar -tvf /etc/passwd&lt;BR /&gt;Tar: tape blocksize error&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please tell me what went wrong..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;himacs</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The error clearly show that tape error,&lt;BR /&gt;Please check by below command.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;#mt -f tape_drive_path_mn status&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If tape is OK will show the size if not it will give an error.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this solves ur issue&lt;BR /&gt;Dont forget to assign points.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;Vishnu Khandare</description>
