      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I have taken ignite on tapes .it has been completed with warnning ..it shows the below ...can i conside it as successful  ignite backup? i fire the below command&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;#make_tape_recovery -a /dev/rmt/0mn -A -x inc_entire=vg00 -x exclude=/var/adm/crash -x exclude=/var/opt/backup  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;===============================&lt;BR /&gt;       * Archiving contents of pel06 via tar image to local device/dev/rmt/0mn.&lt;BR /&gt;       * Creation of system archive complete.&lt;BR /&gt;NOTE:    The following files are in the list of files that were on the&lt;BR /&gt;         system, but they are no longer present.  These files are not&lt;BR /&gt;         included in the backup:&lt;BR /&gt;       /var/tmp/ign_configure/make_sys_image_flag460&lt;BR /&gt;       /var/tmp/ign_configure/make_sys_image.log&lt;BR /&gt;       /var/opt/dce/rpc/local/09189&lt;BR /&gt;       /var/opt/dce/rpc/local/09189/srvr_socks&lt;BR /&gt;       /var/opt/dce/rpc/local/09189/c-0&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;WARNING: Incomplete definition for the product "PHCO_34668", beginning&lt;BR /&gt;         at line 129978.       <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;#swlist -l fileset|grep -i PHCO_34668&lt;BR /&gt;# PHCO_34668                            1.0            tztab(4) cumulative patch&lt;BR /&gt;  PHCO_34668.UX-CORE                    1.0            OS-Core.UX-CORE&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This patch is a tztab cumulative patch.&lt;BR /&gt;The tztab file describes the differences between Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) and local time.  Several local areas can be represented simultaneously with historical detail.&lt;BR /&gt;#man 4 tztab&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please check the current status of this fileset on your system:&lt;BR /&gt;#swlist -l fileset -a state|grep -i PHCO_34668&lt;BR /&gt;# PHCO_34668&lt;BR /&gt;  PHCO_34668.UX-CORE                    configured&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The current status must be "configured", any other state require solution.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;An option is evaluate a patch upgrade at last version PHCO_39172.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://www11.itrc.hp.com/service/patch/patchDetail.do?patchid=PHCO_39172&amp;amp;sel={hpux:11.11,}&amp;amp;BC=main" target="_blank"&gt;http://www11.itrc.hp.com/service/patch/patchDetail.do?patchid=PHCO_39172&amp;amp;sel={hpux:11.11,}&amp;amp;BC=main&lt;/A&gt;|search|&lt;BR /&gt;As you see this one do not requires system reboot and not have patch dependencies.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Rgds.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&amp;gt;now what I need to do as it is cumulative patch so I hope reboot is not require.  shall I install it again?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would just just remove the corrupted patch and install the latest that Jose mentioned, PHCO_39172.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;swremove PHCO_34668&lt;BR /&gt;swinstall -s $PWD/PHCO_39172.depot \*&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Reboot is not required.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

In your case this specification *forces* all filesets or subfilesets included in depot file will be installed. Of course in non-interective mode, as you've seen the swinstall utility did not display any pseudo-graph screen.&lt;BR /&gt;This specification must be used with caution&lt;BR /&gt;#man swinstall&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Rgds.</description>
