Hi Techiees..

Can any body tell, how to configure the ignite server, i searched a lot in ITRC and i gone through so many links... Its not clearly visible to me.

So techiees, please share your knowledge on the ignite server configuration.

what if you typed in "ignite" and then followed the prompts.

it will get you 90% of the way there...

CH3 in the ignite users guide pretty much gets you the basics (nothing compares to reading the doc)

once done, if you have some specific questions throw them back out here...

# export DISPLAY=xxxxxxx:0

# ignite &

--> Add new client
--> Select client
--> Create Network Recovery Archive
or
--> Create Tape Recovery Archive
