Hello All,
I have a problem to unzip the file, hopefully someone can help me out ...
I got the file hpu_0001.tgz

#gunzip hpu_0001.tgz
gunzip:hpu_0001.tgz: unexpect end of file

Coud someone give me some help here..

It sounds like the file could be corrupt. The first thing I would try is to download the file again.

The other thing you can try to see if the file is actually a gzip file is to run the 'file' command on the file.

# file hpu_0001.tgz

yups looks like its currupted, in aaddition to download if you have md5sum for the file on the internet or from smwhere do check it after downloaing.
