ERROR: Failed to copy config.sys

In a new ignite server configuration I'm trying to add clients for recovery with the server GUI.

I get the following error message error:

ERROR:Failed to copy config.sys from /opt/ignite/boot/Rel_B.11.23/IINSTALLFS on "servername". You must use the '-R release' option to specify a release that is supported by "servername". On "servername" list the contents of /opt/ignite/boot to determine the supported releases.

Server:
ia64 11.31
IGNITE C.7.10.472 HP-UX Installation Utilities (Ignite-UX)
Ignite-UX-11-31 C.7.10.472 HP-UX Installation Utilities for Installing 11.31 System

Client:
ia64 11.23

However, I can sucessfully add 11.31 clients.

Seems that the ignite server default installation only is ready to add 11.31 clients.

What is needed to add 11.23 clients also?

Shalom Joao,

Ignite has depots to support 11.23 and 11.11 clients. These can be found on the Core OS media, or the Application media.

The depots are listed right next to Ignite server software, and are installed with swinstall commands.

Hope you have installed full version of Ignite SW to include SW for 11.11,11.23&11.31.

I downloaded the depot from the HP site:

Ignite-UX-11.31_C.7.10.472_HP-UX_B.11.00_32_64.depot

However this depot has the following contents:

# Bundle(s):
#

IGNITE C.7.10.472 HP-UX Installation Utilities (Ignite-UX)
Ignite-UX-11-31 C.7.10.472 HP-UX Installation Utilities for Installing 11.31 Systems

I supose that the Installation Utilities for Installing 11.23 system is needed.

How Can I get the Bundle with this same version?
