    <description>Either should work.  Just make sure that you change the correct LVOL if / when you modify the file.  /stand is on lvol1, not lvol3 (lvol3 = /).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Will this work? I need to extend /stand...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;make_recovery -p -A&lt;BR /&gt;edit the file: &lt;BR /&gt;var/opt/ignite/recovery/config.recover  -with the new size for lvol3 using vi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;then make_recovery -r - to restart&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;then go to a full install using the make recovery tape using the guided install with out any advanced options and let it go. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could i also use the advanced install option in make_recovery (ignite) to do it during that process as well?</description>

      <description>No, you should not have to do anything with your swap space unless there is some other reason to do so.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Since you are using Ignite to extend /stand, primary swap will be moved on the disk accordingly.  No need to do anything else with it.</description>
