      <description>Hi Again,&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt;But I think we do have one more manual procedure of extending / (root)....&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Yes we have in short steps are .&lt;BR /&gt;1. take your system in single user mode&lt;BR /&gt;2. remove LV /dev/vg00/lvol4 which is /tmp&lt;BR /&gt;3. extend lv /dev/vg00/lvol3 which is /root&lt;BR /&gt;4. recreate lv /dev/vg00/lvol4 /tmp&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;resart machine into multiuser mode init 3&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Suraj</description>
