ignite backup error

Hi while taking the ignite backup of my server i am below error.

ERROR: smapi_initiate_connection failed.
ERROR: The set_connection() failed!
save_config: Error - get_system_info failed to get IO information from IO listener.
ERROR: /opt/ignite/bin/save_config failed

My OS version is 11.23. model is rx4640.
Ignite version-
Ignite-UX C.7.2.94 HP-UX System Installation Services

I think a fresh new copy of IGNITE will solve this issue.
