Hi Mates!
I try manke a Ignite Backup at ignite server but when i try run the ignite comand showme the following error:
make_net_recovery -s sbmoe703 -a sbmoe703:/ignite/ignitesrv/sbserp11 -x inc_entire=vg00
* Creating NFS mount directories for configuration files.

======= 09/24/09 14:35:18 SAT Started make_net_recovery. It is recommended that you update
Ignite-UX to the same version. This update can be done automatically by using the "-u" option.
ERROR: The list_expander command failed.
Shalom,

Command:
make_net_recovery -s sbmoe703 -a sbmoe703:/ignite/ignitesrv/sbserp11 -x inc_entire=vg00

The version of the tools used for system recovery on "sbserp11" is older than the version found on the server system "sbmoe703". It is recommended that you update
Ignite-UX to the same version.

The ignite software on sbmoe703 is newer than the server on the Ignite server. Ignite server can not recover client images on a version newer than what is installed. They can recover systems images made on older versions.

So the Ignite server needs to be updated, but this needs to be done carefully and configuration files should be backed up before you start.

New versions of Ignite are free on http://software.hp.com

SEP
