      <description>After installing patches or other software and a reboot the system needs to configure them.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is normal and can take a while.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But you have a problem with network, so the sw processes cannot start and cannot configure.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Reboot the server, go to single user mode and fix your networking problem. Once this is done, boot up normally and let swconfig configure.</description>
