1. rx8640, 8Gmem, sga=2G;
2. %wio=50% when do make_tape_recovery, is it normal?

Running make_tape_recovery and %WIO is high ? .....

I would suspect that while make_tape_recovery is running to a tape drive it is spending alot of time waiting on the tape drive..?

Are you expecting something else ?

Just wondering how new/fast the tape drive is you use.
