      <title>Ignite error</title>

      <description>when i try and back up our hp vm host to san disk attached to server it gives ther following error and i have tried a couple of tests from previous mails to no avail error is still same and not that discriptive.&lt;BR /&gt;the error is as below&lt;BR /&gt;fatal get_system_info failed to get IO information from IO listener.&lt;BR /&gt;save_config: Error - get_system_info failed to get IO information from IO listener.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;the only thing it might be is that there are some disks that are unclaimed would this cause this error.&lt;BR /&gt;regards&lt;BR /&gt;andrew</description>

      <description>Hi Andrew &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt;the only thing it might be is that there are some disks that are unclaimed would this cause this error&amp;lt;&amp;lt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Yes, Ignite will check for all the volume Groups and there coresponding disks,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Becoz "It get get some information" about you existing Volume Group apart from vg00&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;Johnson</description>

      <description>I had the same problem and resolved installing lastest version; by upgrading from C.7.5.142 to C.7.7.98. This version do NOT support 11.00 clients. But i use separe ignite server for my 11.00 clients.</description>
