Ignite quit at loading

I was installing a rx2620 from a 11.31 golden image with Ignite version 7.7.98. After I configured everything and hit "Go!". I see output below:

* Loading configuration utility...
* Beginning installation from source: 10.10.52.176
======= 03/20/09 13:46:10 EDT Starting system configuration...
* Configure_Disks: Begin
#

The Ignite installation quit to shell prompt with no error message. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi Did you get some errors also in the ignite HP-UX install screen while you had been configuring the root Disks, Filesystems , network parameters , root password etc.. any specific warnings?

Please rerun the install and note down the specific errors if any.

Look at your /var/opt/ignite/INDEX file at the section pertaining to the config you chose to intall with.

Make sure you have the path and name of the golden image correct. This is two different lines in the config.

Also comment out unneeded depots for the golden image.

Everything should be in a sub directories under /var/opt/ignite unless you varied from the defaults like /var/opt/ignite/config/Rel_B.11.23 and /var/opt/ignite/archives/Rel_B.11.23

Thank you all for the replies.

I was using a 2008/03 DVD to boot the server, that has Ignite 7.5 on it. I noticed there was a warning about the Ignite version difference. So downgraded my Ignite server to 7.6 from 7.7.98, and that fixed the problem. The golden image was loaded successfully.
