What do you want to do - what is your goal?

According to this documentation you van delete and re-create the logical drive.

http://docs.hp.com/en/J6369-90051/ch03s02.html#chdjfagj

I never did this, but maybe it works for you:

To perform a migration of an existing logical drive to a different RAID level, use the command:

saconfig /dev/cissX -M <LOGICAL drive=""> -R <RAID level=""> [-S <STRIPE size="">]

So try to change the RAID level from 0+1 to 0 (see same manual).

http://docs.hp.com/en/J6369-90051/ch03s02.html#v1650869</STRIPE></RAID></LOGICAL>

You can get in to the hardware raid controller before booting and right after the POST. This is before ISL as well. This is known as ORCA and I think it is available on the server. Take a look at the document page 237 on how to access the raid controller utility before boot up.

http://docs.hp.com/en/545402-003/545402-003.pdf

I found conflicting references about ORCA being available or not on the rp4440. If it is not, take a look at page 13 of

http://docs.hp.com/en/A9890-96016/A9890-96016.pdf

I also replied with same on your other posting.
