Hi Everyone,

I have to compare the following Servers to see which one is the best for performance wise

HP K580 4 cpu 240MHZ each with 3.5 gb mem
IBM H50 2 cpu 332MHZ each with 1 gb mem
IBM H80 2 cpu 450 MHZ each with 3 gb mem
SUN E450 2 cpu 480 MHZ each with 4 gb mem

Can someone help me out in it, thanks in advance

I received the following from HP the other day. I did not check to see if it has all the servers you are trying to compare, but hopefully it will be close.

TPM=21,000
IBM H50 2 cpu 332MHZ each with 1 gb mem
Do you mean F50? TPM=5370
IBM H80 2 cpu 450 MHZ each with 3 gb mem
TPM=15,000
SUN E450 2 cpu 480 MHZ each with 4 gb mem
TPM=10,000

Duncan, what's the formula to calculate TPM
