while taking ignite Backup it was given me I/O error ?

Hi Sachin,

Looks like hardware issue, Ignite is unable to write into tape and you can see that from dd output at the end of the screenshot.

Could be issue with the tape or with the scsi terminaton. Get the same checked.

Its related to hardware error.

Please check the followings
1. tighten your terminator screws.
2. tighten your scsi cable screws.
3. check with the tar backup is tape drive is working.

Please check whether tape is properly inserted ir not.
