      <description>Hi Sachin,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Looks like hardware issue, Ignite is unable to write into tape and you can see that from dd output at the end of the screenshot.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could be issue with the tape or with the scsi terminaton.       <description>Its related to hardware error.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please check the followings&lt;BR /&gt;1. tighten your terminator screws.&lt;BR /&gt;2. tighten your scsi cable screws.&lt;BR /&gt;3. check with the tar backup is tape drive is working.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
