Problem at create ignite file

Hi,
I have a problem when I try o generate ignite file, a try both way (network and tape), but when ingnite stared show the following message:
A previous make_sys_image process has not completed.
I need help about this.

it seems your previous Ignite backups never completed. check if any process running, kill them and remove the following.

/var/tmp/ign_configure/make_sys*

and restart ignite backup.

IT is right but I think the lock file has a different name, perhaps an extension of .lck

Definitely a correct diagnosis.
