      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm trying to initialize ignite install...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Main Menu: Enter command or menu &amp;gt; bo lan.10.1.8.214 install&lt;BR /&gt;Interact with IPL (Y, N, or Cancel)?&amp;gt; n&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Booting... &lt;BR /&gt;Failed to initialize with ENTRY_INIT Status = -4&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;     0 0 0 0 &lt;BR /&gt;     0 0 0 0 &lt;BR /&gt;     0 0 0 0 &lt;BR /&gt;     0 0 0 0 &lt;BR /&gt;     3 0 0 0 &lt;BR /&gt;     0 0 0 0 &lt;BR /&gt;     8 0 0 0 &lt;BR /&gt;     0 0 0 0 &lt;BR /&gt; .... FAILED.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The only recent changes were that IPv6 was installed on the server and it was rebooted. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;netstat gives correct IP address. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is nothing in logs...I'm in a total loss what could be the problem...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks!</description>

      <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You imply that this has worked before from this same system. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please check following.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1) boot processes running on target ignite server or boot helper.&lt;BR /&gt;2) network connectivity between hosts.&lt;BR /&gt;3) nfs/tftp running on ignite server.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Got a question.  What do you need IPv6 for anyway? Planning to implement it on your LAN? &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Consider backing it out if in fact that is the only change and this ignite process has worked before.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>

      <description>Shalom:)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1.  What boot processes..?  rbootd?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. network seems to be alright.  They are both on the same subnet.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;3. nfs is running.  tftp..i'm not sure.  How do i check?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# ps -eadf |grep ftp&lt;BR /&gt;    root 12130   763  0 09:53:05 ?         0:00 tftpd /opt/ignite /var/opt/ignite /igniteuxdata&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;though i don't understand why something would start just a minute ago.....&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regarding IPv6...i wasn't the one installing.  My co-workers did.  If you want, i could ask them any information you might need...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
