    <description>Hi good day...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have an error doing a: &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;    make_tape_recovery I have the next error:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;* Checking Versions of Ignite-UX filesets&lt;BR /&gt;ERROR:   Command ioctl to rewind tape failed.&lt;BR /&gt;ERROR:   Check tape device failed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;somebody can support to me. Thanks</description>

      <description>run following command and see&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;mt -t /dev/rmt/0mn -rew&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You may have bad tape. replace with another one.</description>
