does anyone have a list of the minimum required filesets needed to install ignite? i only need tape recovery working, no gui or net recovery.

Hi Scott,

I don't think you can divide the product and install minimum filesets.
Download the product from URL above, you should work safer.
It contains all filesets required to create a bootable tape recovery:

make_tape_recovery -x inc_entire=vg00 -v

If you want to esclude some directories like /tmp

make_tape_recovery -x inc_entire=vg00 -x esclude=/tmp -v

For default it will use /dev/rmt/0mn. If you want to change that

make_tape_recovery -x inc_entire=vg00 -x esclude=/tmp -a /dev/rmt/1mn -v
