make_net_recovery problem

Hi,
I am trying to do the system recovery over the network using make_net_recovery i am getting the following error
ERROR: Please take care that any other make_sys_image has finished before starting a new recovery process. It appears that the other process is stuck.

ERROR: The make_sys_image command failed. The system recovery archive will not be created.

Upon checking i don't find any such process running. Please advise.

Remove the file
/var/tmp/ign_configure/make_sys_image_flag

and try again
