problem about ignite client

I download ignite-UX B.5.3.35
After installation the system requered patch PHCO_28414 I install it after that trying to install the client I have an error.
Here is the logfile.

Hi,

You got this message becouse you have two different verions installed. Update all filesets to B.5.3.35 and ignite will work.

you have different versions of IGNITE-UX installed on the machine.

Remove all the versions of IGNITE.
Install the latest one from

First I install the software as u sugest but

On another server I install the sofware as you suggest
but another problem
It propose me to boot a new client when i boot on the client it can't restart it block in boot sequence

Trying to install the sofware :Ignite-UX-11-11_B.5.3.35_HP-UX_B.11.00_32+64.depot.
The anlyse step is correct but installation guive an error.
