    <description>Hi John,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can take an ignite backup which will the restore the system to as it is.&lt;BR /&gt;For this Ignite UX has to be installed. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;check for swlist -l fileset |grep -i ignite&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if its not installed get it from &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.software.hp.com/products/IUX/download.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.software.hp.com/products/IUX/download.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;take a backup of your root volume group..&lt;BR /&gt;make_tape_recovery -I -a /dev/rmt/0mn -x inc_entire=vg00&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;you can restore the entire contents of your root from this tape...&lt;BR /&gt;Have a nice taking backing up your data and stay cool!!!!!!!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;with best wishes&lt;BR /&gt;Naveej</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a remote site in our corporation that has lost there HP-UX 10.2 installation CD. They have good backups but are concerned if they have a crash and need to reinstall the OS they will be stuck. What can they do?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Tks&lt;BR /&gt;John&lt;/P&gt;
