lifcp utility problem while install ignite

Hello Team,
I have an archive successfully, but when I do install / recovery I have a problem:
Error: can't find the utility:lifcp
Error: the script: "/var/adm/sw/products/PHSS_24105/pfiles/iux_postload" failed, exit code was 1
Finaly I got the message that:
Installation complete: Failure
Would someone help me with this problem please,

If you are doing a recovery, then follow the recovery path and even if the lif doesn't get updated through the archive tape, try using the install recovery CD.
With this CD you can recovery the damaged LIF or recreate it on the disk.
