    <description>This problem usually occurs when the kernel fails to release the open socket&lt;BR /&gt;that?s used for communication between rbootd and instl_bootd.  Killing the 2&lt;BR /&gt;daemons and inetd has not been known to resolve the problem.try it it my work if not step below will&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The only solution is to reboot the system.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>When installing ignite-ux we got the following error messages in syslog.log:&lt;BR /&gt;Sep 11 10:43:50 tro inetd[436]: instl_boots/udp: bind: Address already in use&lt;BR /&gt;Sep 11 10:43:50 tro inetd[436]: instl_boots/udp: Service enabled&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;These messages are repeated every 10 minutes.&lt;BR /&gt;Ignite-ux version: A.3.3.116&lt;BR /&gt;HP-UX version: 10.20&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any suggestions ?</description>
