Using Ignite on a Trusted System

We have a single HPUX 11.0 server that we use as our primary Ignite server. Our security department is now telling us we need to convert the server to a Trusted System. Does anyone know if this will cause problems or difficulties for Ignite? Thanks.

Should be no problems for ignite with a trusted server. Everything should behave normally.

No problems. All our systems are trusted and ignite works fine on them.

Hi,

I have an 'A' class server that is our ignite server. We have built systems before it was trusted and after we have set it as trusted. There is no problem whatsoever.

As the others have already suggested, you should not face any problem with the system being in trusted mode.

Make sure you get the latest release of Ignite... some of the old versions did have issues with trusted systems which only show up during recovery.
