I am getting a rewind error from my command.
make_tape_recovery -a /dev/rmt/0m -I -v -x inc_entire=vg00

ERROR: This is not a no rewind device file.
ERROR: Check tape device failed.

Hi Jeff:

You need to specify a no-rewind tape device:

/dev/rmt/0mn

Note the 'n' specification.

Hi Jeff,

you need to use no-rewind device file (/dev/rmt/0mn) with option -d, and also by default make_recovery command creates recovery tape for complete root VG, no need to specify on command line.

correct command is,
make_tape_recovery -A -v -i -d /dev/rmt/0mn
