    <description>Hi, &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When I finished to install a linux ia64, it occur the error message after reboot the virtual machine, it cannot boot it up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Loading.: Fedora&lt;BR /&gt;Starting: Fedora&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ELILO boot: Uncompressing Linux... done&lt;BR /&gt;Loading file initrd-2.6.25-14.fc9.ia64.img...done&lt;BR /&gt;ia64_sal_pltid failed with -1&lt;BR /&gt;ACPI: Invalid PBLK length [0]&lt;BR /&gt;Red Hat nash version 6.0.52 starting&lt;BR /&gt;  Reading all physical volumes.  This may take a while...&lt;BR /&gt;  No volume groups found&lt;BR /&gt;  Volume group "VolGroup00" not found&lt;BR /&gt;mount: could not find filesystem '/dev/root'&lt;BR /&gt;setuproot: moving /dev failed: No such file or directory&lt;BR /&gt;setuproot: error mounting /proc: No such file or directory&lt;BR /&gt;setuproot: error mounting /sys: No such file or directory&lt;BR /&gt;Mount failed for selinuxfs on /selinux:  No such file or directory&lt;BR /&gt;switchroot: mount failed: No such file or directory&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Why cannot boot the linux in virtual machine?</description>
