Greetings all,

Kindly any one of them give me some advise to me.. My request is.. we have one rx1620 server its running hp-ux 11.23 ( 1 CPU, 4GB RAM)..
In this server i want install Intagrity virtual machine.this server its support VM.

How i am proced starting VM .. what are steps i will do..

Shalom,

HP supports HPVM, HP Virtual machine on this architecture.

I will say with just one cpu and 4 GB of ram, your opportunities to run vm are limited.

1) read the docs

2) download latest IVM 3.5, trail at software.hp.com, if you purchased then you can order updates via SUM.

3) install IVM on server after reading pre-reqs from doc

4) create a VM guest.

as mentioned you may be able to create 3 small guests max, as it takes ~1GB of RAM to run HPUX.

Once you get this far and have read the doc feel free to post if you get stuck.

Another note.

You may get more responses if you post this in the HPUX > Virtualization forums vs this Linux > Virtualization

IVM is an HPUX product.
