HP 1820-8G switch can´t connect to network

Hi,

I have a problem to integrate my HP 1820-8G switch to existing network.

When connectiong to the existing network, all ports LED constantly lights up and no access to the network.

Seems like the switch becom blocked from the network.

The switch are set to factory default.

Any suggestions?
