      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi experts,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently we are using rx6600 server (application and database).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We found one of the network not function and we plan to replace the card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to know is that whether plug and play or we need to do any configuration on it before or after the installtions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What about the ips we to reconfigure back...?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;"olrad -q" (or "rad -q" in some older HP-UX version) is a good way to see it, if the command is supported.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In older HP-UX models, where such commands don't exist, the only way to know the slot number is to find a hardware path &amp;lt;-&amp;gt; slot map in the server documentation. It should allow you to identify which slot a particular hardware path each slot is associated with.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In many HP-UX servers, the hardware path information is also listed in stickers next to each slot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
