Samba Access issues from Windows Systems.

Hi All,

We have a samba Server which is running HP-UX Version B.11.31 and running the CIFS Server Version

CIFS-Server A.02.03.02 . We have shared one directoy from the Server to all the Windows user. It is working fine for the existing users. I have added access to one user , but it keep asking the domain user name & password . It is not allowing to explore the directory from Windows System,

Please suggest
