I want to transfer some files from hp-ux server to windows server

I have got an request from user, for transfer some files from hp-ux server to windows server.

Please let us know, how can we do this?

And kindly provide me the details I should check before proceeding this.!

WinSCP might be the quickest solution

i want to do it from command mode(Unix machine).

You'd need a file service running on the Windows Server.

FTP-server is pretty easy.

You might also be able to use samba to access a shared folder on the windows, but last time I tried it wasn't so straight forward and maybe it's not even available for hp-ux.
