Hi All,

I have few confusions about this technology.

I have read that this technology virtualize network contacts with outside world (outside server), which means that we don't have to manually configure the networking devices while installing them into a blade. If whatever I said is correct, then could anybody explain me how this done ? If I was not correct, then I would request somebody to throw some light on this technology.

Also, I read that Flex-10 divides each 10Gb NIC port into 4 NIC ports of smaller bandwidth so that bandwidth is utilized fully. What are the trade-offs while doing this ? Does this introduce more latency ?
