      <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;All of your logical volumes have the same number of current versus allocated PE's&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alloc PE 83720&lt;BR /&gt;Free PE 3030&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can increase logical volumes in this volume group by up to 3030 PE without addition of new disk.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Your max physical volumes of 255 is rather high. You might want if you are running 11.31 to reduce that figure to increase flexibility within the volume group.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>

      <description>Current LE = Allocated PE&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;usually means not LVM mirrored,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2x Current LE = Allocated PE&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;usually means LVM mirrored (use lvdisplay to check).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can extend as long as you don't exceed the maximum and you have enough free extends.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>For All other readers, for better clear understanding...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;with PE Size of 32MB we can create logical volume of maximum size of 1.999969482421875 TB&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Now LV Size = (LV Size)2097120 % PE Size (32)= 65535 which is max size logical volume we can create.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Soltution &lt;BR /&gt;If we recreate the Vg with PE SIZE more than 32, the above problem can be resolved&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Suppose for example if we are creating Vg with PE size 128:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Now (LV Size)2097120 % PE Size (128)= 16383.75, which is not reachiing to the max size logical volume we can create.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;with PE Size of 128MB we can create logical volume of maximum size of 7.9998779296875 TB</description>
