      <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HP GB interfaces will not work on a network switch port not set to auto-negotiate.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any other setting will cause the interface to work at 100 BaseT speeds, if at all.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If switch side also set autonegaotiation, then both device will negotiate with each other and set the speed according to the environment. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Here environment includes, Lan interface, switch, cable, hub or bridge if any between point to point.</description>
