If you cannot find an 11.0 version on software.hp.com then try http://hpux.connect.org.uk/.

If not there then you need to find the source from http://www.openssh.com/ and compile yourself.

HPUX 11.0 is getting realy old.. Stay up to date to avoid the extra work.

Another option. Got any old Application CDs ( not sure if SSH is on them but it could be another source ).
