      <description>well all you need to know is that this is for the tcio (tape cartridge I/O) command, which was used to buffer cpio etc when sent to/from an old CS80 device known as a 9144/9145 cartridge tape.&lt;BR /&gt;Since these are no longer available, nor even supported, not much more to say</description>
