Can anyone give more information on tcio.h header file, which I see on HP-UX 11.00 on HP L-Class server.

have you got a cartridge tape attached to your server or a DDS ?

I see the same available on HP-UX 11i so need info on this header file . ( tcio.h )

well all you need to know is that this is for the tcio (tape cartridge I/O) command, which was used to buffer cpio etc when sent to/from an old CS80 device known as a 9144/9145 cartridge tape.
Since these are no longer available, nor even supported, not much more to say
