      <title>net-snmp problem</title>

      <description>Hi, I have the following problem:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have downloaded ixNet-SNMP_A.10.00-5.4.1.007_HP-UX_B.11.23_IA_PA.depot from the hp site and install the depot with swinstall with no errors.&lt;BR /&gt;I change the smnp.conf with public.&lt;BR /&gt;When I start the smnpd from /opt/iexpress/net-snmp/sbin it look like good but&lt;BR /&gt; snmpwalk -c public -v1 fink gives:  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Timeout: No Response from fink.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How do I have to start the net-snmp?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I think net-snmp tries to use port 161.  If you have HP-OV on the system net-snmp won't run I believe.  This is posted somewhere in these forums.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
