IP-NIC Truncing

I have 2 RP3440 Boxes, each boxes having 5 NICs. In each box, i want to combine 4NICs into one Virtual NIC, and i want to assign a private IP to that NIC, and this NIC is going to used as a heartbeat/private NIC for Servicegaurd-Oracle10g RCA .

Please anyone tell me, how can i do this with HP-UX 11.11 MC-OE ?

You will need to purchase and install APA (Auto Port Aggregation) from HP.
