set second port 2121 for ftp

Is it possible configure the second ftp port 2121? the default port is 21/tcp. I want to use client to connect ftp server, one session from port 21, the other session from port 2121.

Is it possible configure it and how to let ftpd start with port 21 and 2121?

It may depend on which "ftpd" is your "ftpd".

"man ftpd":

-c ctrlport
-C dataport Overrides the control and the data port numbers
respectively that is used by the daemon.
[...]

If you want it started automatically, you'll
need to add an (or change the "ftp") entry
in /etc/inetd.conf, specifying the
appropriate "ftpd" options. I suppose that
you'd also need an alternate service name,
with the alternate port number defined in
/etc/services.

I like "[...] the [...] numbers [...] that
is [...]".

Don't use port 2121, that's the port that the swagentd uses.
