lanadmin error

Hi Admins,

when i run
#lanadmin -x 1
ERROR: Could not process request.

I am getting this error, please let me know how to fix this issue

Thomas,

How many network cards do you have installed.
If you have only one card the command is

lanadmin -x 0

Can you also post the output of lanscan

Hi M.Thomas,

OK...you have more than one card. But is lan1 working ?

I tend to start with the basics and go from there..

Try running:
linkloop

If it comes back and says....OK it's communicating. Otherwise it will report an error and that tells you there's a problem with the card.

Check your lan cumulative patch, I see this kind of error many times.

please install
