my understanding is you should have http/https(thier ports too) configured on the system. What appl r u going to use this browser

Are you looking for a Web browser kit to
install, or are you having trouble with some
browser which you already have installed?

There seems to be a Mozilla kit for 10.20 at
or near:

I'd guess that there was a Netscape 4.x for
it, too, but I'll let you look for that one.

In 10.20 OS, you should have netscape browser in the system.
