    <description>i would say log a case with SIFY tech support. They will be able to say if there is a depenedency from them with VSNL.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;when ever the VSNL connection goes down, did u confirm if there is a real problem with VSNL?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Or some thing else is wrong locally which ic causing the trouble.It might be like the VSNL users comes to you first with complaints..</description>

      <title>WAN connectivity issue</title>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;customer is having 2 VPN providers ( VSNL &amp;amp; SIFY )&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Both are connected &amp;amp; configured in HP-UX box. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There are clients accessing SIFY connection &amp;amp; some are accessing VSNL through this HPUX box.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The issue is whenever the VSNL connection goes down, the SIFY connected clients are also losing the VPN connectivity.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please advice.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards,&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
